ERNY Furs isn't commission-only. Over five decades in the Fur District, Ervin has personally designed and produced hundreds of coats and styles --- mink, sable, fox, chinchilla, shearling --- and they hang on the racks upstairs, ready to try on and buy directly.
Two ways to walk out in a coat: pick something from the collection today, or commission a custom piece from scratch. Same hands either way.

The collection is existing, ready-to-wear pieces Ervin has already designed and produced. You try it on, it fits, you take it home.
Custom design starts from scratch --- pelts pulled from the bin, pattern cut on the workbench, coat built to one person's specifications over several fittings.
The look-book of past custom commissions lives on the portfolio page --- those pieces aren't for sale, they're already with their owners.
Ervin will show you the skins first, then talk about the coat. Fittings by appointment; walk-ins welcome when the door is open.
